The Service:\u003C/p>\n\u003Cul>\u003Cli>Asks you to describe the issue with your package (late delivery, missing items, damage, wrong address).\u003C/li>\u003Cli>Matches your case to publicly known platform refund policies stored in our database.\u003C/li>\u003Cli>Uses the Google Gemini API to generate a customized English claim letter grounded in those policies.\u003C/li>\u003Cli>Lets you copy the letter so you can paste it into the platform's customer-service chat or email.\u003C/li>\u003C/ul>\n\u003Cdiv class=\"callout callout-warn\">\n\u003Cp>\u003Cstrong>Important:\u003C/strong> Parcel Claim is a writing tool, not a legal service. We do not file claims on your behalf, do not contact the platform for you, and do not guarantee any specific outcome. The generated letter is a starting template; you are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and sending it.\u003C/p>\n\u003C/div>\n\u003Ch2 id=\"accounts\">Accounts & Eligibility\u003C/h2>\n\u003Ch3 id=\"eligibility\">Eligibility\u003C/h3>\n\u003Cp>You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.\u003C/p>\n\u003Ch3 id=\"account-security\">Account security\u003C/h3>\n\u003Cp>You are responsible for safeguarding your account password and for any activity that occurs under your account. You pay a one-time fee of \u003Cstrong>$1.99\u003C/strong> via our payment processor Creem to unlock a single AI-generated claim letter. The fee is charged at the time of order creation.\u003C/p>\n\u003Ch3 id=\"vip-subscription-9-99-month\">VIP subscription ($9.99/month)\u003C/h3>\n\u003Cp>You may upgrade to \u003Cstrong>Parcel Claim VIP\u003C/strong> for unlimited claim letters during the subscription period. VIP renews monthly at $9.99 unless canceled. New users receive a complimentary 7-day VIP trial on sign-up.\u003C/p>\n\u003Ch3 id=\"cancellation\">Cancellation\u003C/h3>\n\u003Cp>You can cancel your VIP subscription at any time via your \u003Ca href=\"/profile\">profile page\u003C/a> or the Creem customer portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you retain VIP access until then. No partial refunds are issued for mid-cycle cancellations.\u003C/p>\n\u003Ch3 id=\"price-changes\">Price changes\u003C/h3>\n\u003Cp>We may change the price of the Service or VIP subscription at any time. Price changes will not affect your current billing cycle and will be communicated at least 30 days before taking effect for VIP subscribers.\u003C/p>\n\u003Ch3 id=\"taxes\">Taxes\u003C/h3>\n\u003Cp>Prices are exclusive of any applicable sales tax, VAT, or GST, which will be added at checkout as required by law.\u003C/p>\n\u003Ch2 id=\"refunds\">Refunds\u003C/h2>\n\u003Cp>The $1.99 one-time unlock fee is \u003Cstrong>non-refundable\u003C/strong> once the AI letter has been successfully generated and delivered.\u003C/p>\n\u003Cp>\u003Cstrong>Exception:\u003C/strong> if AI generation fails and we are unable to deliver a working claim letter, you are entitled to a full refund within 5 business days. We assign to you all our right, title, and interest in the specific letter generated for your account, subject to the underlying third-party policy excerpts (which are public-domain summaries) and the Google Gemini terms.\u003C/p>\n\u003Ch2 id=\"user-content\">User Content\u003C/h2>\n\u003Cp>"User Content" means any text, descriptions, tags, or other materials you submit to the Service. You retain ownership of your User Content.
